Remodelling (Chorley)
This project transformed an outdated single-storey extension, previously divided into a small kitchen and guest bedroom, into a spacious, light-filled open-plan kitchen and family space.
The existing layout was reimagined to create a generous, sociable area designed for modern family living. A vaulted ceiling adds a wonderful sense of space and volume, while exposed king post roof trusses provide a striking architectural feature and a nod to the character of the original property.
The result is a warm, welcoming and highly practical space that has completely transformed how the family can enjoy and use their home.
Remodelling (Croston)
The existing, leaky and cold conservatory was replaced on the same footprint with a contemporary flat-roof extension incorporating wide bi-fold doors and a large glazed roof lantern.
The new design creates a bright, comfortable and more usable living space while retaining the existing footprint. The modern flat-roof construction also eliminates the inherent detailing issues associated with the former conservatory roof, providing a more robust and weather-resistant solution.
